Often overlooked by institutional enterprises, we find the middle-market a desirable space to create value. Vision 2028 sets forth our ambitions to develop 1,000 multifamily units by the 2028 Olympics games held in Los Angeles, California. Since 2019, The Connected Companies along with our partners have committed 700 Multifamily Mixed-Use Units to the Greater Los Angeles development pipeline. 200 units have been completed by 2023 with the remaining 500 units in various phases of the planning process.

Connected Storage is a private fund formed targeting self-storage assets across the Southeast and West Coast. We take a long view in accumulating wealth and believe storage to our foresight to capitalize on another generational shift. The vision is simple – to acquire underperforming facilities in rapidly growing secondary and tertiary submarkets near an urban core, add-value through operational & expansion efficiencies, and hold for the long-term (with an institutional exit option).
In 2022, Connected Storage entered a strategic partnership with a Texas based Storage Management company that successfully developed and exited 13 Class A facilities to a REIT in excess of $300M. Currently, we hold 6 facilities throughout California, North Carolina, Georgia, and Colorado and aim to accumulate a portfolio for a sizeable institutional exit.
