Value-Add
The Connected Companies’ Value-Add approach pursues undervalued real estate opportunities and leverages our operating experience to reposition the asset. This investment approach is meant for moderate risked investors looking to enjoy immediate cash flow while enhancing real estate values over a period of time.
Since inception in 2018, we have successfully implemented this strategy on approximately 250 Multifamily and 150,000 SF Self-Storage units across 5 states and rapid growing.
Opportunistic
The Connected Companies’ Buy-and-Build strategy develops and repositions distressed assets to maximize real estate values. This approach is for investors that are seeking a large return within the shortest time frame. Although higher risk profiled, The Connected team has proven track record with 200 multifamily/mixed-use units developed and 600 planned units (+$500M in development) since inception in 2018.
