The Gladstone Senior Villas is a 60-unit mixed-income senior apartment that serves an integral role in re-activating Azusa city’s traditionally blighted southern neighborhood. In this project, the development team worked closely with local agencies to bring affordable housing for lower-income seniors, premium onsite amenities aimed at increasing neighborhood value . Overall, maximizing returns for both investors and community stakeholders alike.

The Garvey + Earle is a dynamic 42-unit mixed-use development in Rosemead, California. Being located in the heart of the San Gabriel Valley, the site has immediate access to an abundance of resources and sits in proximity to major accessways (to Downtown Los Angeles) that fueled a major revitalization throughout the region. When completed, the Garvey + Earle will serve as a catalyst of contemporary living in the City’s Downtown district.
