The Gladstone Senior Villas
is a 60-unit mixed-income senior apartment that
serves as an integral role in
re-activating Azusa city’s traditionally blighted southern neighborhood.
The development team worked closely with local agencies to bring affordable housing for lower-income seniors while also providing premium onsite amenities aimed at increasing neighborhood value. As a result, this project yielded maximum returns
for both investors and community stakeholders alike.
